Homelessness

How do we reduce homelessness? Contrary to common beliefs, the highest increase to the homeless population is those over age 50 – almost half of them.
It is my belief many of them have health issues, and they have maxed out on their credit cards paying for medical bills.
What we need is to expand Medicare to cover those who are between ages 50-65. We need to expand usuary interest rates – 10 percent – to include credit cards.
